In terms of exterior, the new car adopts a family design. The front face features slim, dynamic headlights and a segmented front lip. A small blue light for intelligent driving assistance has been added to the middle section of the exterior rearview mirrors, and two new paint colors have been added: Ice Crystal Blue and Almond Beige. The side of the new car adopts the currently popular floating roof design and is equipped with newly styled 17-inch star-ray aluminum alloy wheels. The rear basically continues the design of the previous model, and the through-type taillights are highly recognizable when lit.
In terms of interior, the 2026 MG4 adds a Starry Night Purple interior theme. The air conditioning vents are hidden, and it provides an 8.88-inch LCD instrument cluster and a 15.6-inch 2.5K central control large screen, with wireless CarPlay newly added. The front seats of the 2026 MG4 come with heating, ventilation, eight-point massage, and memory functions, and the nap mode has been upgraded. The Horizon intelligent driving assistance equipped on the 2026 MG4 has been upgraded based on a game-theoretic large model, and highway NOA and intelligent parking functions have been greatly improved compared with the current model.
In terms of power, the maximum power of the pure electric version's motor is 120 kW, and battery packs with capacities of 42.8 kWh and 53.9 kWh are available, corresponding to CLTC ranges of 437 km and 530 km, respectively.
